“This untitled work from my ‘Unseen Ghana’ series captures platonic male intimacy that is characteristic of brotherhood. The tenderness of their supportive postures juxtapose the pensive expressions on their faces. The conrades exude a boyish insouciance, whilst simultaneously creating a veil of brotherly love that enfolds the other. The energy of this work is synonymous with the connection I feel in collaboration with my male peers.”
